Active tourists and those looking for relaxation will all find something to enjoy. There is an abundance of activities in the cottage's vicinity. Here are a few of them provided for your inspiration.
SKIERS
In the vicinity of Roprachtice, there are groomed cross-country ski trails for winter enthusiasts. Within a 10-20 minute drive, you can access well-known skiing resorts such as Rokytnice, Mísečky, Benecko, Šachty, Herlíkovice, and others. Roprachtice is situated on the border between the Jizera Mountains and the Krkonoše Mountains, so resorts from both mountain ranges are easily accessible. In the case of good snow conditions, right next to the cottage, there is a meadow with a perfect slope for sledging, bobsledding, and other snowy activities.
As ski touring enthusiasts, we can't resist the beautiful trails and views of the Krkonoše Mountains. We highly recommend and can advise on unforgettable routes.
Tourists
In the vicinity, there are numerous tourist destinations, and right by the cottage, you'll find marked hiking trails and cycling paths.
In the village, there's a new educational trail for children called "Vlček, který nekouše" (The Wolf Who Doesn't Bite), designed for everyone interested in learning about the history of the village and other interesting facts related to nature.
TRIPS and activities
You can also treat yourself to trips in the surrounding area, where you can visit the Krkonoše Museum, Bozkov Dolomite Caves, the Museum of Krkonoše Crafts in Poniklá, Krkonoše Museums in Jilemnice, Vrchlabí, and others.
For golf enthusiasts, there is a golf course in Semily. Swimming is possible at places such as the Sports Center in Jilemnice or the Aquacentrum in Vrchlabí.
In case of bad weather, you can visit the Jitřenka cinema in Semily.
RELAXATION and lazing around
The cottage itself is an invitation to sweet idleness. Several suitable places serve this purpose, from the sauna and the bathing hot tube to a comfortable seat with a view through the large window, lounging directly on a mattress by the window, to the unforgettable experience of lying on the stove with the most beautiful view in the whole cottage. The cottage is nestled in nature in a tranquil location with privacy on the terrace, where you can enjoy an afternoon siesta or soak up the sun's vitamins on comfortable loungers.
In front of the cottage, there is a seating area by the bonfire where you can indulge in the calming view of the flames.
